A school bus with eight children on board was involved in a crash with two other cars in Livermore this morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said. The crash was reported shortly before 7:55 a.m. near Murrieta and Stanley boulevards. At least one person suffered minor injuries in the crash, CHP Officer Ron Simmons said. He did not know if the injury was to someone on the bus or in one of the other cars. CHP officers remained at the scene Thursday morning, Simmons said. The highway patrol investigates all collisions in the state involving school buses.
