Sunday, January 4, 2015Three people were killed and five others injured following a multi-vehicle collision on I-95 in Brevard County near Rockledge at about 1:20 a.m. A 2008 Infiniti driven by Leonardo Alvarez-Savageau of Springfield, Massachusetts, exited the northbound road and hit the guardrail, then struck a 2007 Hyundai head-on, killing its driver, Kay Ferril, 64, of Rockledge, and two passengers, Willie Morgagne, 66, and Rose Neal, 56, both of Cocoa. A third passenger, Barbara Thomas, 66, of Cocoa, is in critical condition at Holmes Regional Medical Center.
