A car driven by a woman, with a man and another woman as passengers, was driving northeast on Todd Road when it departed the road way and collided with a pole and was torn in half. The two passengers, who are believed to be in their late teens or early 20's, were killed in the crash, and the driver was transported to the hospital. It is uncertain what caused the crash, but police believe the car may have been speeding; we will updates this accident with new information as it becomes available.

Kendrick was driving east on Ross-Hanover road just before 9:00pm when he suddenly lost control and swerved over the center line and off the left side of the roadway. There he collided with a telephone pole and guardrail before being ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene; he was not wearing a seat belt. Investigators currently believe that high-speeds are to blame for the accident. Check back for updates.

A Middletown man was killed when his vehicle went off the side of Ohio 63 and crashed into a tree. Tommy Christopher David, 44, was driving west when he lost control of a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus he was operating on Ohio 63 just east of Heritage Green Drive. David’s vehicle went off the right side of the road and down a hill, and then hit a fence and then a tree. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The initial investigation indicates speed was a contributing factor in the crash. It was later determined that the crash happened in connection with a police pursuit.
