Charleston, SCA 23-year-old Charleston man, identified as Carson Neymoss, was walking on Interstate 26 was hit and killed Sunday morning by an alleged drunk driver. The pedestrian was thrown over the guard rail and died at the scene. The driver who struck Neymoss has not yet been publicly identified, but was taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The driver has been charged with felony DUI.
