Tuesday, April 21, 2015A 23-year-old Concord man was killed Tuesday after being hit by a vehicle while walking on the side of a road in Bay Point. Raul Juarez was walking on Canal Road when a Honda Civic swerved off the road around 3:11 p.m. and onto the shoulder where he was walking. The driver of the Honda may have been distracted by his front passenger. Juarez was transported to John Muir Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
