One person killed in hit-and-run car crash on I-80 in Richmond, California

A San Pablo man is charged with causing a collision in a fatal hit-and-run in the East Bay Friday evening on I-80 near Solano Avenue in Richmond. The crash involved two vehicles.The other driver died at the hospital. Authorities located the missing car a few miles from the scene and determined that it was a stolen vehicle. Authorities were able to track the car to 20-year-old Jesus Sarabia. Charges are pending.
