Friday, May 8, 2015Jason Niecse was driving on Burnham Place when he crashed his car into a parked 2011 Acura. The force of the crash pushed the car into a yard, then into a home. Niecse was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for minot injuries and then released. He was then arrested and charged with third offense driving on a suspended license and reckless driving. Alcohol is confirmed to be a factor in this crash.

Buffalo, NYAided by a witness who followed a hit-and-run driver, police arrested a Youngstown woman on a variety of charges early Saturday stemming from an accident on the Robert Moses Parkway.
According to reports, the suspect struck a car driven by a Youngstown man around 5:30 a.m., then drove away from the scene. A witness to the accident followed the fleeing driver, and sheriff’s deputies were able to stop her car on Blairville Road a short time later. Carole R. Rossi displayed signs of intoxication and was found to have a blood-alcohol content of 0.16, twice the legal limit, police said.
