The South Carolina Highway Patrol says a man was hit and killed by a vehicle on Ladson Road Friday night. The pedestrian was identified as Daral Brown of Summerville who died of blunt force trauma to the head and body and multiple fractures. Troopers say around 8:40 p.m. Friday night, a 2003 Ford was driving on Ladson Road, when the vehicle hit Brown in the road. Authorities say no charges have filed in this case.
