The State Police are currently investigating a fatal, one-car crash on the New York state Thruway. A van being driven by Jacqueline J. Hayes of Plover went off the left shoulder of I-90 eastbound and flipped over. The driver was declared dead at the scene. A passenger, Richard R. Hayes is listed in critical condition.
