A woman was driving an SUV north on U.S. 131 at about 4:00pm when she crossed the center line for an unknown reason and collided with a pickup truck. The woman was found dead at the scene, while two occupants in the pickup truck were injured and transported to the hospital. Investigation into the cause of this accident continues, and we will add more information as it is released.
