Wednesday, May 20, 2015Andrew Martinez was driving eastbound on West A Street at about 3 a.m. when his vehicle struck a utility pole and rolled over. He was the only person in the car at the time, and was reportedly not wearing a seat belt. The injuries he sustained took his life.

Sunday, May 10, 2015Authorities are investigating the cause of a crash that killed 26-year-old Josh Cochran on Sunday. Officials say Josh lost control of his vehicle Sunday afternoon, at 82nd and A, and slid into a utility pole. He was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

Sunday, March 22, 2015Authorities are investigating a vehicle collision Sunday morning that has killed one person and seriously injured another. Two vehicles were involved, but detail have not been released yet. Authorities report one of the drivers was pronouced dead the scene of the incident and one is now in serious condition. We will update this story when more information becomes available.

Friday, January 16, 2015An accident happened at approximately 7:30 p.m. Friday in a construction zone on NW 48th Street just north of Interstate 80. A witness told police that a male driver in a white pickup indicated he wanted to drag race and accelerated away quckly onto NW 48th Street. Witnesses claim they subsequently found a dead body along the side the road near the intersection of NW 27th and West O Street. Sheriff's deputies found the motorcyclist dead at the site, and claim that the driver struck the victim and dragged them until the body was released from the car.

Wednesday, January 7, 2015Steven Strauss of Garland, Nebraska died after crashing his car into a tree near 68th Street and Roca Road after veering off the road and going down a deep ditch. First responders were called to the scene just before 9 a.m. Wednesday, but it's unknown exactly when the accident occurred.
