A two-vehicle crash on Route 33 in Lewis County killed one man Monday afternoon. Jerry Loudin, 49, of Walkersville, died after his vehicle rear-ended another whiel traveling from Buckhannon Mountain. A Nissan, driven by Whitney Knipe, was pulled to the side of the road. Then Knipe pulled onto Route 33 and was hit in the rear by Loudin's truck. Knipe and Loudin were both transported to Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, and Loudin later died.
