Lexington, KYThe deadly crash occurred on I-75 at mile marker 97 at 5:30 p.m. Saturday when a van was heading northbound when it exited the road and overturned. The passenger, Patricia Hobson, 56, was ejected from the van in the crash. She was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The driver was transported to UK Hospital with serious injuries.

Lexington, KYAuthorities say a second person has died from her injuries after a fiery collision on Interstate 75 in Madison County. Melissa Meade, 38, of Warren County, Ohio, died at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Christopher Shawn "Cheerios" Truesdell, 41, died from severe burns on Saturday at the hospital. The collision occurred Saturday on I-75 in Madison County when a car crossed a median and crashed into a van, which then caught fire. The cause of the crash is not yet known.
