Thursday, March 19, 2015William R. Weaver, 35, of Anthony, died early Thursday morning when the SUV he was driving veered off County Road 329 in Sparr. The vehicle crashed through a fence and into a tree. A passing motorist saw the debris and called 911 at 2:13 a.m. Weaver was pronounced dead at the scene. Speed is suspected as a factor.

Saturday, November 15, 2014Three men were riding in a car on County Road 318 whe the driver lost control on a curve and slammed into a tree. The driver died at the scene, and all the other passengers were hospitalized. Two were listed in critical condition, and one was listed in serious condition. Authorities say that the car was traveling too fast and that none of the men were wearing seatbelts. They are trying to determine if alcohol was involved. No names have been released.
