Dustin Davis, of Garfield, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the single-vehicle crash. Davis was pronounced dead at 11:33 a.m. Friday from multiple blunt force injuries.Trent Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg will handle the funeral services.
