A 12-year-old boy crossing the street in front of a school was struck and killed by a cab in Manhattan in front of PS 200 elementary and intermediate school on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard. The boy, identified as Ervi Secundino, was crossing at the intersection of 150th Street and Seventh Avenue when he was hit. He was transported to Harlem Hospital in "very critical condition" and died there. It's not yet confirmed that the boy was a student at the school, but authorities say he lived in the neighborhood.
