Romosca was driving an SUV west on Route 14 when he for some reason crossed into the eastbound lane and collided head-on with an Isuzu box truck driven by Dennis M. Yukich, Jr., 37. The wreck critically injured Romosca, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time, and he was airlifted to the hospital. Yukich, who was wearing a seat belt, was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
