John J. Stachel, 71, of Doylestown, died after a one-car accident in Tioga County, Pennsylvania.  The victim was driving on Shin Hollow Road in Gaines Township when he went off the road and crashed into an embankment. Stachel was pronounced dead at the scene. Just after 7 a.m. the vehicle then rolled onto the driver's side.
