Two people died Sunday evening when a driver going the wrong way on Route 50 collided with their car. Richard Shebovsky, 25, was the driver of a Toyota Sienna heading in the wrong direction when he struck a car near the Kent Narrows Bridge in Queen Anne’s County, at about 7:30 p.m. Sibasish and Shampa Ghosh, ages 58 and 54, were in that car and were killed. Authorities say that Shebovsky may have been under the influence of alcohol. He was hospitalized but his current condition has not been reported.
