A ski boat capsized on Bear Lake Monday afternoon during a windstorm, leaving 7 people stranded in 53-degree water for hours while rescuers struggled to find them after they were reported missing. Rescuers found the group, but Utah Doctor Lance Capener died at the lake. His daughters Kelsey Capener, 13, and Kilee Capener, 7, and their friend Sierra Hadley, 13, were flown to a Salt Lake City hospital, where they died early Tuesday. Capener's wife, Kathy Capener, 42, was hospitalized in the northern Utah city of Logan, as were family friends Tiffany Stoker, 14, and Tylinn Tilley, 14.
