Update: On June 22 the Washington State Patrol released the names of the two children who died as a result of this crash. Accident Data Center staff will add any new media reports as they come in. The crash occurred about 8:15 p.m. near Milepost 33, when an eastbound pickup and westbound minivan crashed head-on. Two adults and two children died as a result. A child was airlifted to a hospital, while an adult and another child were transported via ambulance to local hospitals.
