A fatal two-vehicle collision on Old Jacksonville Highway about 6:17 p.m. in the Flint area near Tyler have been identified. A truck, driven by Carl Crabtree, 30, of Bullard, crossed into the oncoming lane and crashed head-on with a Chevrolet with six occupants, driven by Dana Regester, 41, of Flint. Dana Regester and Pasha Zapolsky, 18, of Bullard, died in the collision. Ashlee Regester, 15, of Flint, and Caleb Chadwell, 17, of Bullard, were taken to ETMC Tyler. Ashlee Regester was in critical but stable condition. Crabtree was taken to Trinity Mother Frances.
