At about 2:00pm, a gold sedan crossed the center line on U.S.. 1 and collided head-on with a white prius. The pregnant woman who was driving the gold car, Adriola Spahiu, was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of the prius, Robert Amell, was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
