New York, NYIt was about 3:35 a.m. when an eastbound van on Express Drive South, driven by Leonard Joseph, 50, left the roadway at the intersection with Crooked Hill Road, collided with multiple trees, and overturned. Joseph was declared dead at the scene, but his passenger, identified as Rachel Boerke, 25, survived and was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
