Cincinnati, OHBrown was driving a 1999 Volvo southbound on West River Road. The car went off the side at a curve in the road and hit a landscaping wall, tree and pole before rolling over. Brown was not wearing a seatbelt and authorities believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
