Saturday, February 21, 2015A Fayetteville man was killed Friday evening in a head-on crash in Washington County. Bounthavy Douangphachanh, 58, of Fayetteville, was driving on Arkansas 16 in a Chevrolet when a Ford crossed the centerline and struck him. A passenger in Douangphachanh's vehicle, Sinoune Douangphachanh, 54, of Fayetteville, was injured and taken to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. The driver of the Ford, Benn Garrett, 26, of Stilwell, Oklahoma, uninjured.
