A Clarksburg mother and father watched helplessly as good samaritans tried to save their son, who was trapped inside a truck after a deadly crash. The 14-year-old would later be found dead, while the 16-year-old driver — his brother — escaped unharmed. It took emergency crews almost 20 minutes to get to the rural area on Teal Road, while good samaritans tried to help the brothers. California Highway Patrol officers haven’t released the identities of the teens, but say they were brothers out hunting together before the deadly accident.
