Salt Lake City, UTTwo people are in critical condition following a wreck on Interstate 80 Saturday morning. Police say a black car was headed down Parley's Canyon when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The car crashed into a semi truck and troopers had to extricate both the driver and passenger from the vehicle.The two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Officers say speed and wet roads caused the crash.

Salt Lake City, UTA semi truck and trailer rolled off Interstate 80 Thursday afternoon in Salt Lake County.
The westbound semi rolled off the right side of the interstate about 5:30 p.m. near the border between Salt Lake and Tooele counties, according to Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Todd Royce.
Royce did not know of any injuries. According to Royce, traffic delays were minimal due to the way the trailer slide off the road.
The accident was cleared by 10 p.m. Royce added that the trailer most likely did not open during the accident.
