A driver was seriously hurt in a horrific accident in Revere Thursday afternoon. The operator of a Lexus SUV crashed on Route 1 north and was then ejected from the vehicle. State police said the impact tossed the driver over a guardrail and down onto Route 60 several feet below. The driver has not been identified. Traffic on Route 60 was diverted briefly onto Route 1.
