Three teenagers were injured, one critically, when the car they were in collided with a tractor-trailer in Middletown, Delaware Thursday afternoon.

It was around 3:10 p.m. when the Plymouth Breeze the teens were in was headed eastbound on Hyett's Corner Road, and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection with Dupont Parkway.

While attempting to make a left turn onto northbound Dupont Parkway, a southbound tractor-trailer collided with the driver's side of the Plymouth.

A Maryland man riding his motorcycle has died after a crash in Delaware.

The crash happened around 8:40 p.m. Saturday in the area of East Chestnut Hill Road and South Kingston Road in Newark.

Police say 39-year-old Victor Cruz of Elkton, Maryland was riding his motorcycle eastbound on East Chestnut Hill Road when he struck the rear of a pickup truck making a left turn.

Cruz, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from his motorcycle and then struck by the driver of a Honda CRV.

Cruz was taken to Christian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Wilmington Police are investigating a motorcycle accident that seriously injured two people Saturday night. Police say a motorcyclist struck a pedestrian and a parked car before being ejected from the bike. The accident happened at 23rd and Market Streets just before 10:00 p.m. The victims were taken to Christiana Hospital with serious injuries. The accident remains under investigation.

Police are investigating a Wilbur school bus accident in New Castle County. Around 8:15 a.m. Thursday morning, a vehicle rear-ended the bus as it was getting ready to turn on to Wrangle Hill Road. Officials say 45 students were on the bus and 14 of them were sent to Christiana Hospital. The bus driver, Nichole Lambert, 26, and the driver of the other vehicle Madison Brooks, 23, were also taken for treatment. They were all treated and released.

A 35-year-old man is hospitalized after a crash that involved a train and a car Monday afternoon.

It happened at 1:30 p.m. at Main Street at Railroad Avenue in Ellendale, Delaware.

Delaware State Police say a 2013 Subaru Impreza was driving eastbound on Main Street approaching the railroad tracks near Railroad Avenue. According to police, the driver failed to stop for the crossing signal and entered into the path of a southbound Norfolk Southern train with three engines and 22 cars attached.

A Delaware man was arrested and charged with his 12th DUI after he allegedly fled the scene of a crash.

On Friday, at 7:25 p.m., Delaware State Troopers received a report of a driver walking away from a crash on Nine Foot Road in Dagsboro, Delaware.

The responding troopers found a 1998 Ford Mustang that had driven off the road. Investigators say the Troopers then found the driver, 55-year-old James Fisher, hiding behind the bushes nearby.

Fisher was not injured in the single-car crash, according to officials.

An out-of-control car smashed into a Delaware town hall overnight sending at least one person to the hospital and leaving the town cleaning up bricks and debris.

A man was driving along Justis Street in Newport, Del. when he missed a curve, jumped a curb, hit a sign, drove over a stretch of lawn and smashed into Newport Old Town Hall around 1:30 a.m.

The impact of the wreck left gaping hole under a window in the side of the historic New Castle County building that is used for town meetings and court hearings in the town of about 1,000 residents.
