Monica Arrington, 38, injured and arrested on multiple charges after a head-on crash on the Downtown Connector ramp to I-20 in Atlanta, Georgia

A drunk, wrong-way driver did not stop until she caused a head-on collision Thursday morning. The accident occurred at the Downtown Connector ramp to I-20. The driver of the car, Monica Arrington, 38, went to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Arrington was charged with DUI, reckless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road.
