Eugene, ORThe pickup truck involved in a fatal crash on Interstate 5 south of Eugene had been stolen in the Portland area.
Oregon State Police say the pickup hit a disabled semi-truck on the shoulder Tuesday morning.
A passenger in the pickup died at the scene. She was identified as 22-year-old Christina Marie Armstrong. KVAL reports she had recently moved to Portland from Cape Coral, Florida.
