Overturned semitrailer on East Hoop Road traps driver Philip Cox, 45, inside cab in Xenia, Ohio; Investigators believe drugs and/ or alcohol to be a factor

An overturned semitrailer at the intersection of East Hoop Road and Bickett Road left the driver trapped in the cab in Xenia, Ohio. The accident occured around 6:00p.m.when the truck was allegedly forced off the road, then overturned. Cox, the driver of the truck, was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and has since been determined to have been impaired by drugs or alcohol during the crash.
