Tulsa, OKVinicio Mendoza and one other man left a night club in a Ford Mustang at high speed. Witnesses say they were traveling close to 80 mph at one point, in an urban area. The Mustang rear-ended a Honda Civic near 133th East Avenue. Fortunately no one in the Honda was seriously hurt. Mendoza was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and having no driver's license or insurance. The passenger was not arrested. Police are investigating this accident.
