Buffalo, NYAt about 10:00am, Tramposch attempted to make a left turn from North French onto Campbell Boulevard, but failed to yield and struck a dump truck driven by William K. Wheeler, 58. Tramposch sustained serious injuries, and had to be rescued from his crushed pickup truck, but Wheeler was not injured. Investigation of this accident is ongoing; check back for updates as more information is released.

Buffalo, NYA 33-year-old Lockport man remains in critical condition at Erie County Medical Center with head and back injuries suffered when his motorcycle collided with a car Monday morning on Campbell Boulevard at the intersection of Beach Ridge Road in Pendleton.
The motorcyclist was identified today as Nicholas Batt, according to Victor Morales, public information officer for the state police.
