Indianapolis, INThe motorcycle went off the road, hit a speed limit sign and then went down a ravine and hit several trees. Both riders died at the scene because of fractures to the skull.

Duluth, MN-Superior, WICasey M. Lantz was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was riding swerved into a ditch. Both Lantz and his passenger, Jessica C. Lantz, 32, were thrown from the motorcycle. Both were taken to a local hospital where Casey Lantz was declared dead, and Jessica Lantz was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Neither rider was wearing a helmet.

Columbia, SCThe South Carolina Highway Patrol reports that a man on a motorcycle was killed in a crash Sunday afternoon after his bike left the roadway. Authorities say the driver was not wearing a helmet.
