Shakena L. Ford, 18, killed, driver Antquese D. Frazier, 19, injured, taken to hospital, after their ATV goes out of control on Lakeland Street in El Dorado, and crashes into a tree.

One teen was killed and another injured Sunday after an all-terrain vehicle hit a tree in El Dorado. Arkansas State Police say it happened shortly after 6 p.m. as Antquese D. Frazier, 19, operated a 2003 Yamaha ATV south on Lakeland Street near Houston Street. According to an accident report, the ATV went out of control and was overcorrected. It then hit a tree. A passenger on the vehicle, 18-year-old Shakena L. Ford of El Dorado, died from unspecified injuries.
