Monday, August 25, 2014The driver, 30-year-old Monica Fulscher of Davenport, over-corrected, causing the vehicle to slide into the median where it rolled and landed on its roof. Fulscher and a 6-year-old boy were taken to the hospital. The Iowa State Patrol says both were wearing seatbelts.
