Zebulon Fletcher allegedly stole a vehicle from Colerain Township and then crashed it at S.R. 756 at Fruit Ridge. Then he stole a car from a 73-year-old woman, drove the vehicle a few hundred feet and crashed it as well, this time into two other vehicles. Two people were injured and the stolen car was rendered inoperable. Fletcher then allegedly attempted to carjack a third vehicle, but bystanders fought him and were able to detain him until police arrived and arrested him. The accident is still under investigation.

A man stole a truck in Westlake and was being pursued by Police when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed it into Dover Gardens Tavern. He was traveling 75 mph in a 35 mph zone, and the truck forced its way completely inside the tavern. At least 12 people were injured, some suffering broken bones, though fortunately no one was killed. The man is believed to be 26-year-old Brandon L. Pawlak. Police say that 26-year-old Matthew Sowden helped steal the car.

Two teens from Butler County, one 16-years-old and the other 15, were convicted in the death of Nicole Denney, a 14-year-old from West Chester. Denney was riding in a stolen car with the 16-year-old, her boyfriend, when the crash occured. The two teen drivers raced a short distance when Denney's boyfriend crashed near the intersection of Mosley Drive and Cornell Avenue. It took firefighters two hours to cut Denney out of the destroyed car.

An attempted traffic stop in East Cleveland ended with a woman crashing into a railroad bridge on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland around 3 a.m. Tuesday. According to East Cleveland police, they attempted to stop a stolen Jeep driven by a woman in their city. The woman took off from the officer, shortly after taking off the driver crashed into the railroad bridge at East 123rd Street and Euclid Avenue. East Cleveland police stated that they were not chasing the woman at the time of the crash but witnessed the crash.

A teenage driver is in custody after a chase and crash Monday afternoon. Cincinnati police being chasing a stolen sport utility vehicle near the Norwood Lateral shortly after 1 p.m. The chase was fairly low-speed, police said, rarely going over 40 mph. The chase ended when the SUV crashed on Paddock Road just north of the Lateral. The driver fled on foot but was arrested a short distance away, police said. The incident is still under investigation.
