Pittsburgh, PAThe victim of a collision in Jefferson Hills on Tuesday has been identified as Marilyn Fry, 75, of Pleasant Hills, who died in the two-vehicle accident on Route 51 near Jefferson Boulevard just after 3 p.m. The collision occurred when Ms. Fry drove southbound and swerved left into the path of a northbound vehicle. She was pronounced deceased at Jefferson Regional Medical Center about an hour after the collision. The cause of the crash is being investigated.

Pittsburgh, PAOne person was killed this morning in a collision between a passenger vehicle and semi in Franklin, Fayette County. The crash occurred around 9 a.m. on Route 51 about a quarter-mile south of the Route 201 intersection, according to county emergency officials. The driver of the car, identified as Sasha Green, 26, was pronounced dead at the scene. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.
