Stephen Lewis, 15, killed by falling tree limb at his home in Otsego, Michigan

While clearing space for a chicken coop in his backyard, 15-year-old Stephen Lewis noticed a 30-foot tree limb he was concerned would fall on the animals. While attempting to fell the limb with a rope, it came down on the teen's head, killing him.
