Louisville, KYKentucky State Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who hit and killed a woman who was walking with her child Monday night at approximately 8 p.m. on Anneta Road, near Peonia Road. Jackie Vincent Hayes, 47, was walking with her juvenile daughter, when a vehicle traveling north on Anneta Road collided with Hayes and left the scene. Hayes was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
