Jonesboro, ARScotty Corter, 51, from Greenway, was pronounced deceased at the site of a head-on crash. Corter and the driver of the vehicle, Laura Corter, were heading south on Arkansas Highway 139 Thursday while James Roberts was driving his vehicle north. For unknown reasons Roberts crossed the center line and collided with Corter's vehicle head on. Laura Corter was transported to a Kennett hospital. Her current condition is unknown. Roberts was not injured in the crash.
