A man crossing Broadway at about 10:30 p.m. was struck by a vehicle. It appears he was run over by a second vehicle, possibly a minivan, while still in the street. Police do not have a description of the first vehicle. The pedestrian victim was taken to Erie County Medical Center where he is being treated for serious, life-threatening injuries.
