One vehicle was on fire when authorities arrived at the crash site in the 1200 block of County Road 450 east. Dylan B. Kettler, 22, was taken to Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis. Arie W. Lackey, 24, was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
