Chico-Redding, CA32-year-old Jesus Martinez Garcia died after his car was involved in a single-vehicle rollover accident Saturday afternoon. His car traveled across both lanes of 99W, just south of County Road 40, and struck dirt and gravel. His vehicle rolled numerous times, crossed the railroad tracks and struck a utility pole.
