Tampa-St. Petersburg, FLA 2008 2-door Subaru was eastbound on North Crystal Lake Drive when it crossed over U.S. Hwy 98 South at high speed. The Subaru crossed railroad tracks, became airborne, bounced off of the pavement, and hit a traffic power pole located on the south side of Crystal Lake Drive. Nancy Clark was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle, Chester H. Clark of West Haven, Connecticut, was brought to the Lakeland Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
