At about 9:30 p.m. on Dehmel Road a car going south lost control. It left the road and rolled several times, throwing Brooke Marcinko out of the vehicle. Marcinko was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people were hospitalized with minor injuries: a 19-year-old Birch Run man and a 23-year-old Frankenmuth man. Police believe failure to wear a seat belt and alcohol use may have contributed to this crash.
