Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNIt was about 3:10pm when police received report of a child that had been injured in an accident on First Street NW, though when they arrived the boy had already been taken to the hospital, and the driver responsible was nowhere to be found. The 5-year-old victim was eventually pronounced dead at the hospital. We will add more details to this story as they become available.
