Trenton-NJLizzette Nazario, 36, of Blackwood, New Jersey was a passenger in a Chevy van heading southbound on Fries Mill Road in Washington Township around 1:15 p.m. A Dodge Ram pickup truck heading north on Fries Mill, crossed into the oncoming lane and the two vehicles crashed head-on. Nazario was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The driver of the pickup truck and the driver of the van sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Kennedy University Hospital.

Trenton-NJAnthony Samaroo, 17, of Birches Apartments, was crossing Fries Mill Road in Washington Township when he was fatally hit by two vehicles around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. When Anthony was hit by the first vehicle, he fell into the road and was struck again by the second vehicle. Anthony was taken to Cooper Trauma Center, in Camden, and was later pronounced deceased. The funeral services for Anthony will be in Bloomfield, but no time or date have been announced.
